Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time
   
   Orders are processed within [2–5] business days. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time.
   
   
2. Shipping Methods
   
   We offer standard shipping via CanadaPost. I try to add tracking to it if possible, and make the shipping as low as possible :').
   
   
3. Delivery Timeframes
   
   Because of pre-orders right now this is what we are looking at BUT it could be delivered quicker hehe
   
   Standard Domestic: [3–10] business days
   
   International: [10–21] business days
   
   Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
   
   
4. Shipping Costs
   
   Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, weight, and shipping method. Customers are responsible for any customs fees
   
   
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
   
   d1ve is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once shipped. Customers may contact the carrier directly to file claims.
